Final Sale Policy

All product sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of our products — including hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, cosmetics, and other beauty items — we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please make your selections carefully before placing your order.


Processing Time

  • Orders require 3–4 business days to process before shipping.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information at checkout. Please verify all details — including product selection, quantity, shipping address, and payment information — before submitting your order. Incorrect information may result in delays or failed delivery.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately to ensure your order has been successfully processed.


Delivery & Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect address submissions.
  • Any additional fees or costs resulting from incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or investigate any order flagged for suspicious activity.
For security purposes, billing and shipping addresses must match on all orders.


Dispute Resolution

By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to file a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve any issues.
In the event of a dispute, we will provide evidence of order fulfillment and proof of your acceptance of these policies to the payment processor.
